This DIY frame corner kit project is the most affordable way to have big, sturdy diffusion frames that look professionnal.

You can make them any size, simply by cutting your aluminium tubes at different lengths.

Please note that this project requires some hardware to be completed, which you will have to purchase yourself.

Materials needed:

• 2 rolls of PETG filament
• 1 1/4'' long 1/4-20 hex head screws (x8)
• 1/4 - 20 hex nuts (x8)
• 3/4'' square aluminium tube

Tools used for the project: 

• 3D printer
• Screwdriver
• Superglue

Recommended print settings:

PETG:

• 6mm Nozzle
• 0.9mm Line width
• 2 walls
• 25% gyroid infill
