Processing Time

We know how exciting it is to get new gear, so we work hard to ship your order as quickly as possible!

Your order should be packed and ready to go within 2–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Rates

All orders ship from Canada using trusted carriers: Canada Post or Purolator. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Tracking

Every shipment includes a tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your order is on its way.

US Orders

US orders are subject to tariffs, taxes and customs fees upon delivery. Those fees are out of our control and are the responsability of the customer. If the customer refuses to pay those fees, the order will not be refunded.

Delays

While we do our best to ensure fast delivery, occasional delays may occur due to carriers, customs, or other factors outside of our control. If your order takes longer than expected, please contact us and we’ll assist you in tracking it down.

Missed Delivery

If you select a transporter that requires someone home for delivery and the product gets send back to us after the allowed delivery attempts, no refund can be given.
