Warranty

To make a warranty claim, please send us an email to nomadcinemagear@gmail.com.

We will need the following information:

1. A short explanation of the issue your product has and how it happened.

2. A picture or video showing the issue you encountered.

3. A proof of purchase (Invoice or order number).

All of our products are covered by a 1-year warranty from their original purchase date. Note that the warranty time does not reset once we send you a replacement unit or parts.

We believe in making our part for the environment. This is why most of our products can be easily repaired at home with replacement parts. If something is broken on your unit, we will most likely send you what's needed to replace it, along with the instructions to do so.

If we judge that your unit needs to be completely replaced, you will need to ship it to us before we send a new one (the shipping fees are covered if the item is under warranty).
